My family and I recently returned from a ski trip in West Virginia. My brother, Cory, put together a really cool video of the two of us hitting the slopes. Perhaps this doesn’t seem to relate fully to my overall theme of this website, but I will tie it in with this:
Live life and be adventurous. See as much as you can see. Experience all that you can experience. Fall down. Get up. This is how you fuel your creativity. If you speak through your music, new experiences can grant you more to say, and more important things for that matter. Art is certainly a sacrifice, demanding your time (and more) in return for success. But don’t forget to step outside every once and a while so that you don’t miss the reasons we sing, play, paint, or sculpt.
