Two-Handed Tapping Lesson from Mike Dawes

In the world of modern fingerstyle guitar, Mike Dawes is at the top of the Pay-Attention-to-These-Artists List (a list which I just made up). He is a talented one-man band from the UK with popular hits online, from his oringnals to solo acoustic arrangements of songs like Metallica’s “One” and “Dancing in a Burning Room” by John Mayer.

In this lesson for Guitar World Magazine, Mike talks you through tapping techniques he used on a guest-recording that he appeared on called “Melancholia” by John Browne’s Flux Conduct (video below).
